Why consider buying in Orange Beach?
The sugar white sandy beaches are the obvious draw for anyone visiting or considering living as a full-time or part-time resident.

Orange Beach is growing in leaps and bounds. As a result, it has it's own high school, lots of dining and shopping choices, and things to do throughout the year.
There is always something to do. Attend a concert of nationally known favorites at The Wharf Amphitheater, enjoy a Mardi Gras parade, Orange Beach Festival of Arts, Orange Beach Seafood Festival and Car Show, SEC Soccer Championship, the annual Mullet Toss at The Flora-Bama. If fishing tournaments are your thing, Orange Beach is the place: the Orange Beach Billfish Classic (May), the Orange Beach Grand Slam (June), The Blue Marlin Grand Championship (July) and assorted tournaments sponsored by the Mobile Big Game Fishing Club, just to name a few.
The location of Orange Beach makes for easy access into Florida for the airport, naval air station (home of the National Naval Aviation Museum and the Blue Angels), and to hospitals and medical facilities that might be more convenient than going into Foley.
